📲SAVE this for breaky tomorrow..

🧇 WHAT YOU’LL NEED (makes 2 serves)🧇
• 1 banana (120g)
• 60g strawberry protein powder (I used Emrald Labs)
• 40g self raising flour
• 200g blueberries
• 20g biscoff

🥣 METHOD🥣
1. Pre heat waffle machine.
2. Mash banana well in a bowl, then add in protein powder and mix until combined.
3. If using frozen berries, microwave half of them for 30 seconds to soften them. Add this into the mix.
(Save the other half to top your waffles with).
4. Add in self raising flour and mix well.
5. Lightly spray waffle machine (and after each use) with olive oil.
6. Scoop mixture into waffle machine.
(recipe makes approx 4 waffles - 2 per serve).
7. Evenly layer yoghurt in between 2 waffles.
(100g each serve).
8. Microwave Biscoff for 30 seconds and evenly drizzle across both serves and top with remaining blueberries.

New week, same goals 🕺🏽

Autopilot my nutrition so I don’t have to think about it 💅🏽

My Rules 👇🏽
🥞The same breakfast daily cause I’m a creature of habit.
🍗 3-4 dinners a week that we repeat/tweak.
(Eg Roast every Sunday).
🍌 Eating the rainbow, but making it yum.
(Hello Biscoff/Nutella 🍫).
🍪 Not restricting treats just because I’m in a fat loss phase.
❌ Not over complicating it.
If you want a choccy, eat a fkn choccy (read Le nutrition label to make sure you’re still hitting your targets).

My Gals eat like fkn Queens and have the most insane SUSTAINABLE results because their diet is realistic, not restrictive 💁🏽‍♀️

For years you’ve been fed this line.

If you’ve been eating as little as possible, constantly chasing the scales while feeling tired, weak and frustrated…

Maybe the answer isn’t eating less.

Maybe it’s finally eating enough.

Your body isn’t the enemy.
It just needs the right support, and that’s literally what I’m here for sis 🙋🏽‍♀️

FACTS 💯

But in all seriousness, with the way the internet is so fixated on peptides, GLP-1 and quick fixes - what’s happening internally is being overlooked, and it’s not good sis.

As we age, our muscle mass and bone density decrease, that’s inevitable. Add in one of the above (without strength training or fuelling properly) and your fast tracking that.

No shade to anyone who uses them, but please fkn educate yourself!

2-3 times a week in the gym will preserve your lean muscle mass, improve bone density and reduce the risk of osteoporosis.

You’re not magically going to turn green and save the world by lifting weights, but your grandma self will thank you for looking after her body now.
