What is Yoga?
I didn't even think about this question for 2 years after I first started yoga. It was blowing my mind after I realized yoga is not just physical activity but also mind practice!
Yoga can be simply body stretching and that is good enough. What if you want to play furthermore with Yoga, you can utilize it as one of your best life's tools.
Recently yoga is being re-examined as a life implement to enrich our lives with physical exercise. It’s already proved itself as a good treatment for modern problems such as chronic pain, anxiety, depression, cardiovascular disease, etc.
I often use 2 minute meditation before start work or class. It helps me clear my mind and focus which allows me to overcome my anxiety.. Also just reading philosophy books helps me to understand more about myself whice helps me to stay humble and calm.

요가가 뭐지?
이 질문을 하기까지 2년이란 시간이 걸렸습니다. 요가가 단순한 운동을 넘어선 수련이라니.
이미 요가가 신체 훈련과 함께 마음 수련이라고 인식되고 있죠. 특히나 여러 현대의 문제점들인 만성통증, 불안감, 우울, 혈관 질병 등에 효과가 있다고 증명 되었습니다.
저는 개인적으로 수업이나 일을 하기 전에 2분 정도 명상을 사용하는데, 불안감도 줄어들고 마음도 차분히 정리가 되요. 철학 책들을 읽으면 나를 좀 더 깊게 이해하면서, 침착하고 겸손한 상태를 유지하게도 해주구요.
요가란 여러분께 무엇 인가요? 혹은 요가에 기대하는 부분이 있을까요? 여러분의 요가 이야기 듣고 싶어요😁

I am Song_yi, yogi.
Have studied 800 hours Purna yoga Teacher Training.
I just found yoga is most practical tool for both physically, mentally. Tiredness, general stress, sore body, and sometimes runing out of patients. Mindfulness yoga class with physical movement just changed my life.
Simply love to do yoga, just better to share good thing.
