This year, after an 8 year hiatus, I will lace up my running shoes and run the Sydney Marathon 🏃‍♀️. Whilst raising some well earned $$$ for the 🦘🐨💚.

This will be my 9th marathon 😬 and first after the passing of both my parents. Mum and dad weren’t runners nor understood why we run for fun. But both had the biggest, kindest hearts 🥰 and would help anyone in need.

After 5 months of maps, planning, talking to businesses, meetings, road closures, and listening to the good, bad and the ugly, the World Triathlon Multisport Championships finally comes to a close 🥳🙌.

What a ride!! An epic journey.

Townsville - you shone brightly ☀️. IRONMAN Oceania were the best team ever🤩.

2024 IRONMAN in Cairns - that’s a wrap ✅. Cairns and Palm Cove Info desks were hectic, but an absolute blast! Thanks team IRONMAN Oceania for having me. 🙏.

Next stop World Triathlon Multisport Championships Townsville!

This year’s Castle Hill Run was another raging success 👏👏. Thanks to Townsville City Council, rebel sport and most importantly all the peeps of Townsville Road Runners who always show lots of hands, make light work 🙏.

Let’s do it all again in 2025 🙌❤️.

First Championships as Competitions Manager done ✅ … phew 😮‍💨.
