BULKING AND CUTTING? NO I HAVE NEVER DONE THAT... Why? Because what you gain when you bulk, you will lose more eventually when you cut. Why subject ur body to yoyo dieting? Gain weight most of the year then cut just to look good for a particular show or season? It's unhealthy... What do I do? I MAINGAIN (Maintain my Gains). I stay reasonably lean year round, eating what I love (Carnivore), train harder than last time and do cardio of moderate intensityfor 150 mins a week. Why do I do cardio everyday? It's because it makes u healthier over all. After all heart is the most important muscle in our body so it has to be trained too. You owe it to yourself to give it at least 30 mins a day 6x a week of attention. Otherwise yea you will look good but feel like an 80 yr old inside😁. KEEP THE GAINZ BROTHERS AND SISTERS OF IRON!💪💪💪

It takes years not mere months to build a good physique. I have been training for 10 yrs and I did it naturally, now I'm on my 11th and still loving it. Consistency is key...
Ps. Now in my 11th yr I'm no longer natural. I'm 40 years old. I accepted the fact that as we age we become a shell of our former self. So since I still train as hard I needed some extra help. You can call it enhancement I don't really care😁💪💪💪

You are what you eat, so they say... It's true. I will never get bored eating like this everyday. I mean how could I? Eating this way makes me feel my best. I'm feeling better, stronger, I am way healthier and I definitely look better. Now who's to say that my way of eating is bad and that I should follow the food pyramid as my guideline to healthy eating? The doctors? Dieticians? Nutritionists? They can say whatever they want, I listen to my body, I know what it needs and what it wants. This is my journey and I am gonna cruise to it the way I see fit💪💪💪.
