These events are set for the beginner learning about multi day running or the experienced runner who really wants a next level challenge.

I’m here to answer your questions and ensure a smooth 7 days .. or one day .. the choice is yours !

Safety in Running 🏃‍♀️🏃🏼

At IRE we are all about pure running and sharing experiences for all who attend our events.

As a female runner I want women in particular to feel safe and comfortable during our events always.

Any harassment or inappropriate behaviour will absolutely not be tolerated.

We want to provide a safe environment for ALL who attend and that we take care of each other in a supportive and caring way - encouraging all to achieve their chosen goals along the way.

I have provided this article as a reminder today about ‘Safety in running’ and how important it is.
