🇲🇾 Professor Lineu is heading to Malaysia!

We’re proud to have Professor Lineu representing ONE Jiu-Jitsu Townsville at the Kuala Lumpur International Open 2026.

Lineu will be stepping onto the mats in both Gi and No-Gi, testing himself against international competition and representing our academy on the world stage.

A great example of continuing to challenge yourself, regardless of rank or experience.

Good luck, Professor! The whole ONE Jiu-Jitsu team is behind you. 👊🔥

🥋 R U OK? Day 💛

In Jiu-Jitsu, we look out for each other.

We notice when a teammate is struggling through a hard round. We help them up. We encourage them. We stay in their corner.

But looking out for each other goes well beyond the mats.

Sometimes it’s as simple as asking four words:

“Are you OK?”

You don’t need to have all the answers. Just asking, genuinely listening and being there for someone can make a bigger difference than you realise.

Today, check in with your training partner, coach, teammate, mate or family member.

And remember, it doesn’t have to be just today.

Ask. Listen. Be there.

💛 ONE Team. On and off the mats.
