Mixed Valentines Tournament important info:

Start time: 2:00pm sharp
There will be no players meeting, so please arrive ready to play.

Format:
Each game will be 1 set to 25 points.
The times listed on the draw (see attached) are approximate only. Please be ready to start your match as soon as the game before yours finishes. If your team cannot be located when your game is due to start, a 5-minute grace period will apply before the match is forfeited.

Duty:
All teams will be required to complete duty. Please check the draw carefully for when your team is rostered. Only one person per team is required for duty.
Once your match is finished, please bring completed scoresheets to Benson or Xi.

What to bring:
Extra shade
Camp chairs
Plenty of water
Snacks

Div 1 draw: Please note that “Best 1st Pool B/C” and “Worst 1st Pool B/C” will be decided by point differential from the pool games. See Benson for clarification if needed.

Weather:
The tournament will go ahead even if it rains, so please come prepared to get wet.

🕓 Time: From 4 pm onwards
📍 Location: JCU Beach Volleyball Courts
💰 Cost: $15 for members | $20 for non-members
This is an individual event, where everyone plays with and against different teammates each game — the top scorers of the finals will be crowned King and Queen of the Beach!
⚠️ Spots are limited to 12 women and 12 men, so make sure to secure your place early!
