Where it all began 😃💪🏽 most of you would remember this place - met some great people here and to this day, some are still training with QB. I can definitely spot some of my fav machines 🤣✅

Ever had an aching muscle or muscles that don’t seem to go away when sedentary, whilst training or after. It could be causing you more damage!
Some awesome definition during these movements 💪🏽✅ This guy has really focussed on his consistency with training and boy is it paying off 🎉🎉 ps - 2 years ago he said he’ll never wear a singlet 😂😂🤩

Ok, so we all know how the industry is saturated with ‘challenges’ right? RIGHT! 🥸Well… they aren’t really doing what they are advertised to do! Yes you might lose some weight here and there but in the long run, you’ll be in a worse place than when you initially started! 🤨
