To help keep our studio running smoothly (and make life a little easier for everyone 😉), we’ve introduced a few simple booking guidelines.

It’s super important you have a quick swipe through this post because you won’t be able to drop-in anymore 📲✨

The big ones to remember:
💗 Book into your class at least 15 minutes before it starts.
💗 If you can’t make it, cancel at least 2 hours before class.

And hey… if you’d rather skip the booking stress altogether and just come and go as you please, check out the last slide to see how you can make your life easier 😉

We’re all in such a rush to get somewhere… ✨

To get fitter.
To get stronger.
To feel confident in our own skin. 💪🩷

But somewhere along the way, the classes stop being just about fitness.

They become part of your routine ☀️

The place you start your day.
The place you come to clear your head.
The place you go when life feels heavy.
The place where people notice when you’ve been missing 🤗

It’s the chats before class ☕
The laughs between sets 😂
The friendly faces walking through the door 🚪💕
The women who become part of your week, your support crew, and sometimes your closest friends 🫶

It’s showing up on the days you don’t feel like it and leaving feeling so much better than when you arrived ✨

Yes, the fitness matters.
Yes, the goals matter.

But what we’re really building is a life where moving your body becomes normal.
Where exercise isn’t punishment.
Where showing up for yourself becomes a habit.
Where you’re surrounded by women who genuinely want to see you win 🌸

2016 vs 2026
All I can say is fashuunnnn 😵‍💫👌🤣

10 years later… a few kids, a business, and a waaaay longer to do list 😂🤍

Back then I was doing Dance Fitness 3–4 times a week, stretching, rolling, choreographing routines and living for it. I was working full-time while running dance classes on the side just for fun. I think I maybe made it to the gym once a week… because honestly dance fitness was my training, my hobby and my absolute favourite thing 🪩✨

Now life looks very different… not enough focus on recovery, zero spare time, and a whole lot more responsibilities and unanswered txts 🤹 But a whole lot more people to love 💕

In 2015 I started this little community and somehow here we are 🥹
I’ll have to share our story of the memories (and questionable outfits 🙈) throughout the years.
