Wily Lures

Attempt number 2 so far, Still deciding what to do with this tail, will mock one up and tack it on a squidgy and see what works.

Been inspired by Solar baits and his amazing carvings of late.
Trying my hand at this art form, a lot tougher then i thought. probably should of started on something alittle bigger, this is a 15a gold bomber size lure. Keen to turn something like this into a soft plastic.

Its been about twelve months now since the conception of Wily lures.
Thanks to everyone for all the likes, good to see it crack the 700 mark.

A little trip up the channel produced some nice fish. Only one legal though, couldn't stretch the other couple. The green baby bass doing the damage again.

An idea I've had for a surface lure, what do you reckon.
Gotta get some more timber.

Few Barra's fell victim to the baby bass paint job of the timber wily. Great effort from the lads, boating 8 barra's, a couple of trevors, jacks and even a flatty. Sounded like a great days fishing.
