We’ve been sold the idea that intensity creates results.
Push harder.
Train more.
Stay disciplined.

What I’ve seen over years of teaching is this:
The women who feel the most grounded, the most confident, the most at home in their bodies…
Aren’t the ones doing the most.
They’re the ones who stay.
Who show up on the good days
and the tired days
and the “I almost didn’t come” days
And over time, something shifts.
Their breath becomes something they can rely on.
Their body feels stronger, not pushed.
Their reactions soften.
Their resilience builds.
They don’t just get “better at yoga”
They become steadier in life.
This is the kind of strength yoga builds.
Not loud.
Not performative.
But deeply powerful.
And it’s built one class at a time.

Most people don’t realise…
