UNSTOPPABLE GIRLS!

A little rain certainly wasn’t going to slow these girls down! 🙌

So great to see some of our Northern Beaches girls getting involved in Queensland Cricket’s Her Game Grows Holiday Program here in Townsville — having fun, building skills and showing us once again just how unstoppable our girls are! 💪💜

We absolutely love seeing more and more girls picking up a bat and ball and getting involved in this amazing game. 🏏

The future of girls’ cricket is looking pretty exciting! ❤️💛

And if your daughter would like to join the fun this season, send us a message to find out more about our all girls’ and mixed teams. 🏏

A big day for the Danaher's today. In our 4th grade match versus Wanderers Cricket Club dad Mark scores a century and son Josh picked up 3fa including his first wicket in senior cricket. Other notables performances this weekend include Vikram with 70 in 2nds, Scotty with a 5fa in seconds, Luke with 82 in 3rds and Buta with 87 also in 3rds. A big weekend of wins for the Barra's across all of our senior grades.

Our Northern Beaches girls have done us proud💛💚

Darcy, Charlie and Mackenzie have spent the week on the Sunshine Coast representing Northern at the Queensland Representative School Sport 10–12 Years Girls Cricket State Championships — and what a week it’s been!

🌟 Darcy took on her first representative cricket carnival and wasted no time leaving her mark, taking 2 wickets in the opening game!

🚀 Charlie, our little pocket rocket, was everywhere! Busy in the field, finding some sneaky runs with the bat and putting together an awesome spell with the ball, taking 2–17!

🏏 Mackenzie also had an opening game to remember, pulling off a cracking caught and bowled! Then in the final game, with the nerves starting to show, she kept her cool and helped settle the girls, playing her part in bringing home a win to finish the carnival.

Three Northern Beaches girls representing their region at Queensland School Sport level, gaining experience, making memories and doing their club proud. 💙

We can’t wait to see what these girls — and all of our NBCC juniors — bring to the field this season!

📣 Don’t forget, registrations are now OPEN for the 2026/27 season!

Come and join the Beaches family! 🏏💙
