Statement on COVID-19 and upcoming events

Not the weekend we imagined but still a relatively successful one.
With the Grand Prix being cancelled, our tournament was in jeopardy. 3x3Hustle were able to move the tourney to MSAC (with no spectators) and play all games in one day rather than spread it across the weekend.
We played 6 games in 4 hours. We came 2nd after falling to the Aussie National team in the final 21-16.

Nelson Kahler: The big man is in to replace Marty Rees up front and provide a strong inside presence. Nelson brings a wealth of international experience and a huge body perfect for the physicality of the 3x3 game 💪🏻
Jamaal Robateau: We are excited to add Jamaal Into our group as the southpaw adds some welcome scoring and length on the defensive end. His inside outside game and chemistry with Nelson from NBL1 in Rockhampton last season and Sunshine Coast this season will be extremely valuable to our group 💯
Keegan Tudehope: Mr T, AKA Mr reliable, AKA Ironman, is back for season 2 with TSV 3x3. We can expect the same old Mr T this season; Tough nosed defence, hustle plays, rebounds and an ever improving jumper from Mr short back and sides 🦾
Tim Keating: Returning for one final go around before limping into retirement. Recovering from a partial Patella tendon tear in October last year, this will be his first tournament back on the court in 6 months 🤕
The boys face NT, Melbourne (Australian Men’s Team) and Sanjo Beaters from Japan in pool play from 1:30 QLD time tomorrow.
