as become a passion of mine to help other mums and time restricted busy ladies to get back into shape. My training environment is very relaxed and comfortable yet professional and mums with little ones are more than welcome to bring them along and we will work around the kids. I offer 30 minute workouts for $30 a session or 60 minute workouts for $60. I also have 5 sessions available for $135 and 10 sessions for $270. Train at a time that suits you in a comfortable non-intimidating environment to escape the commercial gym feel. Small group session available – train with a few friends and share the cost whilst still maintaining that personal feel. The cost for groups is $15 per person.
