In a world of peak performance, how can you be the best at seven sports? 29/05/2026

Want to know more? The ABC have just released this great article on Tori and the Heptathlon as a discipline

In a world of peak performance, how can you be the best at seven sports? Elite athletes are constantly striving for perfection β€” an extra millisecond shaved off their time or another centimetre on their distance β€” but for heptathletes like Tori West, the equation is a little bit harder.
