Hi guys,
It’s Nurcan, the owner here and I just wanted to jump on to talk about an issue we’ve been having. Thanks to the community, we have been able to grow and I am so lucky and grateful to have had the support I’ve had from Townsville.
Recently we have had some issues that have led to bookings not being sent through and customers missing their sessions. I want to sincerely apologise this and let everyone know we are doing our best to resolve this and are offering free smash seasons to anyone affected.
