THURSDAY FIT / METCON WEEK III
Today’s fit session seen the group pair up, in a you go, I go format to develop strength under fatigue. Descending rep scheme with repeated running efforts, to challenge pacing recovery and movement quality all in a 43min timecap.

With so many of our members currently training for different running festivals, they understand the importance of keeping their strength levels in preparation for race day.
This week for us is strength week, where we expose our members to high percentage work and low volume
