As you are all pretty aware, a lot of small businesses have taken quite a hit during this pandemic, and mine has been no different unfortunately. Over the next few weeks I will be putting out some deals to try and rebuild my business that I have invested so much into over the years. OK guys I have some great deals I'm going to be promoting over the next few weeks now that gyms have reopened and things are starting to return to some form of normality.
ONLINE COACHING
I coach all my online clients in a very specific way to ensure they are getting as much out of their weekly sessions as they can. Each session will have 'film' next to every exercise I would like you to film and post to you private FB page for me to then view and give you constructive feedback on things to improve the following week. Technique and exercise ex*****on is paramount to any successful program and also to ensure longevity in your training/reduced risk of injury. Regardless of your goal, your performance must be monitored and reviewed after each session so that adjustments/ corrections can then be made accordingly.
My current offer with any new online clients that live in Wagga is a FREE initial technique/movement assessment and discounted one on one sessions ongoing.

A little something in the works. Have already put it to all of my clients in our Facebook forum and quite a few are keen to have a fun garage/backyard sesh on a Saturday here and there.
This offer will also be open to others but very limited spots so as to keep the groups small and not makes it too crowded (plenty of space though).
I had this thought while I was sitting on my back deck this arve so I thought I would do something with that idea.
It will be lots of fun, I’ll have the music going and it’s a great way for my clients to interact and meet each other (for the ones that haven’t met) as well as newbies meeting like minded people, getting some training in and enjoying the beautiful weather we’ve been having.
