METAFIT is a High Intensity Interval Workout and is ONLY taught by qualified Metafit coaches for two main reasons.
1. Performing multi-joint complex movements without proper technique at a high intensity increases the likelihood of injury.
2. Clients will not maintain a high intensity interval workout on their own. They WILL pace themselves at some point which defeats the purpose of HIIT. Metafit coaches learn the 'NO PACING' principle.
Metafit coaches follow a structured workout process so clients always get the BEST and MOST effective HIIT workout possible (no matter their fitness level or ability), whilst limiting the risk of injury.
