It’s been a busy few weeks for our juniors! 🏓
Our school holiday training camp brought together 18 juniors across four days, mixing training at the hall with plenty of fun outside. We visited the park, Magnetic Island, The Strand and Kingpin, and even played table tennis at the Magnetic Island club!
A special thank you to Therese for opening the hall for us and helping with lifts around the island, and to parents David and Diana for joining us on the trip and getting in on the fun.
Thank you also to our coaches Alan, Lilly and Paola, and our volunteer coaches Taleisha and Mischa, for their time, energy and support throughout the camp.
The week wrapped up back at the hall with juniors competing in the Annual Townsville Battle. Some had also competed at the Cairns Open the weekend before, coming home with excellent results!
