Cardio Tennis is a fun, social, group tennis-fitness program for people of all ages and abilities.
Numbers are limited with classes so please call our office on (07) 4721 5129 to book your place. Current Class Times:
Mon 5:30pm - 6:30pm
Mon 6:30pm - 7:30pm
Thur 5:30pm - 6:30pm
No tennis experience required. All equipment is provided however feel free to bring your own tennis racquet.

Another huge work out by Bella tonight completing the Wednesday double , that’s the 6pm cardio followed by the 7pm adult coaching . 2.5 hours of tennis & 1481 calories burned !!!
