A very Busy weekend and what a way for our senior teams and 14s to finish off the home and away season.

Under 12's
playing at home against Drouin Yellow, the team went in fighting to keep their top of the ladder position. which with scoring 11 goals they were able to do. Cooper was able to start the game off with an early goal. With Georgi following behind with not 1, not 2, but 4 goals. Goal Keeper Mack went for a run on the field today instead of goals and found the net twice with a big smile. Harvey also was able to score one for the team. A beautifully place corner kick to the back post by Myah resulted in an Own goal. also very excitingly Noah and Aiden were both able to score their first goals each. Well done team one more game to go before finals, lets keep it going.

Under 14s
What a way to finish the year, With a very tough year they have had, to be able to finish with a draw against Lang Lang was amazing. A very unfortunate 2 goals called offside. But Cooper was able to get the run away and score in the first half. the crowd celebrated loudly for the team as they kept getting the ball forward playing their best game to date. It has been such an honour watching this young side grow more confident each week. Bring on 2027

Also finishing of the Home and Away season. The team had a dominate performance against Leongatha, With Farmer, Aidan and Dan all scoring 2 goals each, Luke and Joel were also able to score a goal each. we look forward to watching the boys in the Semis.

Womens
Playing our last game against the top of the table we knew we were in for a battle. Unfortunately letting an easy goal get passed in the first minute of the game. The team did not let their heads go down. we continued fighting through injuries and illness. With a few shots on target we were only able to hit the score board after a free kick taken by Caycee found its way through everyone and passed the keeper. A great season by a relatively new team. we look forward to see what 2027 will bring.

Seniors
A hard-fought battle as always between these 2 teams and although Leongatha already celebrated winning the minor last week our boys went out and took the win with Sossa scoring the only goal of the game. With many fouls and frees given it was a much calmer game then the last Meeting. Will these 2 teams meet for another grand Final Match, only time will tell. We will all be cheering the senior boys in the semis.

Game day information.

Our 12s are playing against Drouin at home Saturday morning.

Sunday is a full day at home. with 14s taking on Lang Lang, and our senior teams are all matching up against Leongatha.

Make sure you come and support our teams as this is our senior teams last game for the home and away season.

Minis are all finished up after the Gala day yesterday.

12s - The top of the table clash, and seems like it was a good one. With the opponents playing a very defensive side against our strong team. We look forward to meeting this team again in a couple of weeks.
Awards - Angus & Connor

14s - what a day for our 14s with no subs and a nice hot day. We came away with only letting the opponents score 2 goals. We were able to go into half time holding them off completely. This is such a win for this team. Well done guys.
Awards - Harvey, Hudson, Alex & Beau

Womens - A frustrating game for the women’s team today, fighting through many injuries, we still gave it everything. With many shots on we were only able to complete one via Niamh's right foot. Finishing the game 1 all.

Mens - The mens team had a great game against Korumburrra. With Calvin finding the net with 5 goals, Sossa with a Hat-Trick, Tanna with 2, Riley, Christos and Jonah with 1 each and the game finishing with Hamish scoring a penalty.

Well done TVFC. We are back next week to take on Leongatha.

What a day to finish up for the Minis with the Gala Day.

Weather was all over the place with pouring rain one minute, sunshine the next.

The kids had an absolute ball and im sure will all sleep very well tonight.

Big weekend ahead.

Our minis are playing in the Gala day in Wonthaggi as many families head over tonight to camp out ready for the nice early morning. Good luck to the 8s and 10s who as a collective will play a massive 10 games to finish their season.

Under 12s are heading over to Leongatha for a top of table clash.

Reserves have a bye this week.

14s, Womens and Seniors are playing at home against Korumburra.

Make sure you come down and watch our teams.

MiniRoos - Playing their last hub games before the Gala Day, The teams all had a great morning at Korumburra. Under 6s have now finished up the season much to their disgust asking when soccer will start again.
Both 8 and 10s played amazingly with some players scoring their first goals. Well done minis one more week with the big Gala day to go.

Under 12's - The team got down to Drouin with the opponents unfortunately not having enough players and forfeiting the game, the teams played a friendly. With some great goals scored by a few of the players. We will only walk away with the 3-nil result.
Awards - Reuben and Lucas

Under 14's - The 14s played Phillip Island in Inverloch this week. The team put up such a good fight against the strong side. They played so well as a team. Hudson was able to make some great saves with the strong kicks coming at him. Good work team.
Awards - Lucas and Roy

Reserves - A disappointing loss against Inverloch. But the team will be looking to come back stronger for their last game of the home and away season in a couple of weeks.

Womens - Unfortunately the women also had a disappointing loss against the top of the table team. Was an extremely competitive match untill we ran out of legs and they were able to score another 2 goals in the last part of the game. Niamh was able to score against the strong defence line. The team will be ready to come back fighting next week.

Seniors - The Seniors were able to get their revenge after losing to Inverloch the first time they met with 5-1 win. Although the game did not go down with out its drama.
Christos was able to celebrate in Christos style with 2 amazing goals, the Landy boys Calvin and Jackson found the net to score a goal each and Sossa in all his smiling glory also scored a great goal. Well done boys.

Bring on Korumburra next Sunday.

MiniRoos will be playing at Korumburra this Saturday, this is the last game for our under 6's.

Under 12s heading back over to Drouin.

Under 14s will be playing Phillip Island but at Inverlochs ground

Seniors teams will all be heading over to Inverloch to take on the Stars.
