At BK's Gymnastics Traralgon, we provide gymnastics programs for toddlers through to kinder, primary and high-school aged kids.

ver the same great experience and inclusive learning environment for all existing and new members. Energetic and BK’s are working together to ensure the transition is as seamless as possible. In fact, if you are an existing Energetic Gymnastics member, the staff you know, and love are staying on board so you can rest assured you will receive the same great service and support. You will start to see a name change over the next few months from Energetic to BK’s Gymnastics. Keep an eye out for our new signage, website, social pages, and uniforms. In the meantime, it’s business as usual, with our current class times, coaches, and programs.

At BK's Gymnastics Traralgon we teach children how to move their bodies in a fun, challenging, and safe environment. We currently offer gymnastics classes for children from the age of one. Children can participate in recreational or competitive gymnastics. Classes are offered at the Gippsland Regional Indoor Sports Stadium in Traralgon. All of our coaches participate in a national accreditation program. The benefits of gymnastics expand far beyond the training and academic setting. Gymnastics promotes excellent physical and motor development that can be transferred to any athletic endeavour at any stage. Gymnastics teaches crucial life skills such as positive self esteem, confidence, time management, teamwork, and self discipline. At BK's Gymnastics Traralgon we believe that all children should be given the opportunity to enjoy the sensation and benefits of this extraordinary sport.
