Unfortunately, our Third Division side was knocked out in the first round, but now it’s time for our remaining teams to step up and continue the Cup campaign! 💪

🏆Under 15 League Champions🏆

Traralgon City Under 15s — Season Report
The Traralgon City Under 15s have enjoyed an outstanding league campaign, finishing champions with a perfect record of 14 wins from 14 matches. The boys scored an incredible 132 goals while conceding just 7, highlighting the attacking quality, defensive discipline and consistency they have shown throughout the season.

Our focus has been on developing a clear footballing identity built around possession, winning the ball back quickly, intelligent movement and creating quality opportunities. The boys have worked hard on positional understanding, rotating positions, making forward runs and understanding not just where they should be on the pitch, but the role they play within the team.

Captain Blake Low, along with vice-captains Jetson Vella and Liam Chessum, have provided excellent leadership throughout the season, setting high standards both at training and on match day. Leadership has also come from throughout the squad, helping create a positive, united team culture.

This season has brought plenty of challenges, with many players stepping up from Under 13s, several first-year players joining the club, and a number of Under 13s filling in when needed. For some, playing on a full-size pitch was completely new, while others were learning the game from scratch. The growth and improvement shown by these players has been fantastic to see.

Perhaps most impressively, many of these boys had never played together before this season, yet they have developed exceptional chemistry. Their willingness to work for one another, support each other and play as a team has been a huge part of our success.

A massive thank you also goes to all of our families. Your commitment to getting the boys to training and games, along with helping with canteen, marshal, linesperson and refereeing duties, has not gone unnoticed. Your support has helped make this season run incredibly smoothly, and we are extremely grateful.
With the league campaign complete, our focus now turns to the finals series. The boys have put themselves in the best possible position, and we will work hard to carry our form, mentality and togetherness into the finals as we look to finish the season with another trophy.

Whatever happens from here, this group should be incredibly proud of what they have achieved. But we aren't finished yet — one more challenge, one more trophy, one team. ⚽🏆
