GRAND FINAL DAY GUIDE 🏆
SPECTATOR AREAS – BYO CHAIR

We love a good cheer squad and can’t wait to see everyone loud and proud on Saturday! 📣🙌

There are just a few rules we need everyone to follow:

🔹 Spectators are to remain on Courts 2 & 4 only. BYO chairs, picnic rugs etc., but please remain behind the court lines for player and umpire safety.

🔹 No spectators are permitted on the grass hill or courtside on the shelter side of the courts. Players, coaches and officials need to have their own space during games.

🔹 Only TNA and team officials are permitted in these areas.

🔹 Each team must still provide one Court Supervisor. TNA Committee members will also be monitoring the courtside areas throughout the day.

Bring your chairs, bring your voices and bring the Grand Final spirit! ❤️📣

PLEASE REMEMBER
With Twilight Regos and EOI open we are all getting a lot of private requests.
Please remember to follow the correct communication process.

CORRECT COMMUNICATION IS 🔑!
Do you know how to contact TNA?

✅ Email
✅ Face to Face on game day
❌ Messenger
❌ Personal messenger to committee
❌ Personal text or calls to committee

Just like everyone’s employment rights, Volunteers also have a right to disconnect and decide when to volunteer time.

TNA use email or on game day face to face to communicate for all TNA matters so we can balance our weekly commitments (full time careers, families, health etc)

We volunteer because we love to support your juniors netball journey and passion. But we need personal time too. As much as we love speaking to you about netball, there is a process so our committee members can have time without interruption.

Please do not private message committee members directly for answers.

Please follow the outlined processes for any enquiries you may have any time. Our volunteers will check emails regularly in the time they have allocated to their volunteer role.

We do what we do so all juniors can experience sport in a fun, fair and inclusive environment. Please in return be respectful of our time and efforts so we continue being available for everyone.

Thank you
TNA 2026 Committee
