A friendly reminder that the club will be unstaffed tomorrow, Friday 25 September, due to the AFL Grand Final Public Holiday.

The club will still be available for you to train as normal 24/7, however:
❌ No staffed hours
❌ No group classes

We’ll be back to normal staffed hours & classes from Saturday 26 September! 💪🏼

Her goal in the gym for the rest of the year is to build up her stamina and gain some strength 💪🏻

Her favourite part about our gym is the vibe and our wonderful staff that motivates her to come to the gym.

💜 MEET GEOFF — MAKING EVERY STEP COUNT 💜

What started as a walk became something much bigger.

Our member Geoff recently took on the challenge to raise money and awareness for Lifeline — helping support a service that’s there for people when they need someone to listen.

And the result? Over $1,600 raised and counting, well beyond his original goal of $900 👏

Geoff, we’re incredibly proud to have you as part of our community. What an incredible reminder that sometimes a single person taking action can create a ripple effect far beyond themselves 💜
