It’s been a busy week in the studio but there are still a few spots available!
If you’re thinking about getting started, reach out to book your first 1:1 consultation to assess where you’re at and discuss your goals. I’ll design a program specifically tailored for you which can be modified as necessary.
Be aware that this is NOT a “group class” setting but semi-private sessions where you are guided through your individual Pilates program.
No lock-in contract or direct debits.
