Yin-Storative ๐ค

Grab your blankets and a bolster and ease into the festive season with a 90-minute special session of Yin-storative.
We will experience gentle stretching and use props to keep things comfy. Part yin, part restorative, all relaxation.
The sessions will conclude with a guided relaxation.

Mum Self Care Session

This 90-minute workshop will dive into why self-care is so important as a mum (no matter what stage of motherhood youโre at), how you can practically apply your self-care, and what self-care actually means for you.
Being a parent is hard! Take a bit of time for yourself, indulge in an afternoon of journaling, eating, connecting, and reflecting.
At the end of the session youโll come away with a self-care plan that is tailored to your needs and tools to help you actually follow through with it.
Open to mums of any age children. To allow our minds to fully immerse in the experience this will be a child-free event.

You may have noticed a few changes recently and those are just the start of many. Since we have closed the studio space Rise Studio has transformed into ๐ฅ๐ถ๐๐ฒ ๐๐ผ๐น๐ถ๐๐๐ถ๐ฐ.
Rise Holistic will be all about just that, ๐ฉ๐ฐ๐ญ๐ช๐ด๐ต๐ช๐ค ๐ธ๐ฆ๐ญ๐ญ๐ฏ๐ฆ๐ด๐ด. By focusing on more than just movement, though that will always be at the core, Rise Holistic will also offer guidance on mindfulness, self care, and nourishment.

This is an evolving space but those new offerings will come in the form of group sessions, one-on-one coaching, workshops, retreats, and self-paced online workbooks. YogaDetour will continue to be a weekly class taught in person but an online library of movement classes is in the works.
I'm so excited for what this year holds and cannot wait to share everything with you all.
