It is with the deepest sadness that the Tugun Seahawks Junior family announces the sudden passing of one of our most beloved members, Shannon Koryzma.

Shannon was so much more than a volunteer at our club. He was an integral part of the Tugun Seahawks family, proudly serving as Vice President and giving countless hours of his time to help make our club the place it is today.

If there was a job to be done, Shannon was there.
Game day, the canteen, the lolly shop, helping wherever he was needed, and, of course, the king of the BBQ.

You only had to ask, and Shannon would be there.
But it wasn't just what Shannon did for our club that made him so special. It was the way he made people feel.

Always wearing that infectious smile.
Always positive.
Always welcoming.
Always ready to stop for a chat.

Shannon was simply one of the greatest people you could have the privilege of knowing. He gave freely of his time, his energy and his kindness, never asking for anything in return.

He made a difference to our club, but more importantly, he made a difference to the people within it.

Our deepest love and condolences go to Shannon's beautiful wife, Treeny, and their two gorgeous boys. We stand beside you and hold you close in our hearts during this incredibly difficult time.

Shannon, we will never forget you.

We will never forget the countless hours you gave to our club, the laughs you shared, the conversations you had, the people you helped, or that unmistakable smile that could brighten any game day.

You will be missed more than words can ever express.
Rest easy, Shannon 💙
