NEW PHASE ALERT 🚨

We’re off to finish the first week of the challenge, and its time to introduce our next F45 phase workouts taking place from 21th August.🧐🚨

CARDIO! Monday - Tuesday
MVP 12 stations 60/30 and 2 laps.
This will be a sort of enjoyable Fredi o we were not used to rest 30sec. We know that sustain a 60 sec 🔥set is tough but this will be your goal- 30 sec rest will be enough to recover.

FOXTROT! Yes- the hardest one again on our party day🌈 - 4 sets on each with a very random working sets 45-15/20-10 two times wants to drive you crazy . Let’s have some fun guys !

RESISTANCE:
The piston✅ - our pull /push workout- and full body workout with 1 set and 3 laps around the room. Nice pump guaranteed ! 😉

RED DIAMOND! ✅Great Thursday one- back to one week upper and one week lower- we will be in touch to communicate what’s next and to adapt our routine so we can optimise the workouts .
With 3 pods and 4 sets on each - will work your muscles to overload !

THE NINES ! 9’s ✅
A gunnar Peterson inspired one! You’ll have 9 stations and a primary and secondary exercise 🏋🏾‍♀️ REMEMBER! Doesn’t matter if you can’t complete 9 reps of each movement - you aim for at least 9 of the primary during the whole working set ! 🔥

For our Sunday sesh we will have our drop set inspired workout
9 stations with 3 sets and 2 laps around the room, your goals is choose a challenging weight and stick with it for 3 sets ! As the time goes down for set 2 and 3

HYBRID !

Our lovely Hollywood with 27! Stations and TRACK! Brand new F45 format working as a team to push to your max effort for. A 60’sec resistance - bodyweight - functional - agility and plyometric movements !

REDLINE IS BACK!!!! Good move F45!! 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼❤️ this is why we love you so much!


And yep team! Welcome to the presentation of our phase #8! And well, now we can see why we needed those f45 trials for !

1. Marathon - 120 sec of working set! Veeery lovely! You’ll find your zone with marathon, 14 stations, truly challenging sesh!
2. 🫣🫣

REDLINE 🔥 9 stations - 5 sets 20-30-40-50 and 60 sec of working sets with a 5 sec of rest enough to fix your pants and back up again 🥺🥹 we love red line so much!

3. In terms of resistance: we will have Gemini’ - split workout (similar to deuces) you’ll be able to choose which muscles you want to train. I like democracy to be honest😃

Lonestar ! For Sunday: I know people may find this quite weird but team! Unilateral training has so much benefit not only for your muscular endurance but neuromuscular, balance and stability including risk injury! ✅Never late to improve your unilateral control!

- back on titans for resistance- with 4 sets on each station, we really want to see that muscle fatigue !

Finally Saturday we will have a mix with SOCAL and Hollywood- I have more fun with Hollywood as it mixes everything but SOCAL is definitely a killer !

Bianca came to the studio 5 times per week consistently without missing any single day of her commitment. Every day 9:30am 🥳and she adjusted her lifestyle around her training! ✨Never easy to move things but she made it and we can’t now thing about a 9:30am class without her coming with us ❤️🌈

We created a warrior ! A gun that says yes to a every challenge and smile to everyone bringing that lovely energy that makes you come back and build that friendship with others.

Congratulations and now it’s time to maintain those gains 💪🏼 thanks for be part of this community! We’re so proud ✨🏋🏾‍♀️🔥

JULY 10-16! Save that on the calendar!

We’re running the first F45 trials workout in the studio with all 7 days and SEVEN new workouts that will test all your fitness levels !
- cardiovascular endurance
- strength
-strength endurance
We’ll work closely with the F45 challenge app to track/record all results ➡️being one of the many different and effective ways to break down all adaptations and keep seeing results in the gym ✅
So make sure you download it and start getting familiar with it if you aren’t!

What to do next? We have one more week to go, so don’t panic, panic only on Sunday 09th 😂

NEW PHASE ALERT ‼️

Our Monday remains hybrid one more phase with defense - strength movements in one pod, and cardio in the other one, interesting 🤔

3 days full resistance - Maximus + Deuces (you choose ✅the pod you want either upper or lower body) and Wyvern! (Pre-fatigue) really really good resistance workouts 🦵🏼💪🏼
Pipeline will be clsssic Wednesday cardio, we feel may not be as aggressive as athletica but… 40 /20sec is always hard tho,

Team training for Fridays and you know about satdays, a longer class is enough!

Now that is a challenge time!

The food you eat can have a positive or negative impact in your body depending on many factors such as:
Composition, wether it comes from natural or synthetic sources, our needs, etc.
But even if you’re part of the best workout in the planet (F45) you might not see the best results if you skip this little part.

Lose weight, maintenance, gaining muscle, which phase are you at? Its another key question when it comes to nutrition, and number of trainings/week

Today’s workout team is called Titans! 🏋🏾‍♀️

Resistance class that consists in 3 pods - 3 stations on each and 4 sets before moving to the next station. 1 lap and bam! Ready to the next pod. Get ready to burn those legs 🦵🏼 today team.
With only 35sec on you can calculate about 8 reps so make sure you pick up an appropriate weight to maximise results ☝🏽⭐️
