Meet Anita 💫
Anita graduated from Victoria University with a Bachelor of Clinical Science and a Master’s in Health Science (Osteopathy). She brings a diverse clinical background, having worked in Occupational Rehabilitation and the Pilates industry.
Anita is passionate about delivering personalised, holistic and patient-centred care. She takes the time to listen and understand each individual’s goals, combining hands-on osteopathic treatment with tailored exercise rehabilitation. Her treatment philosophy is grounded in the belief that movement is medicine.
Anita is deeply passionate about women’s and pelvic health, and has completed further training in this field. She has a special interest in pregnancy & post natal care, birth preparation, and the management of pelvic pain.
She also has completed further training through Spinning Babies to deepen her understanding of birth mechanics. This training enhanced her care of women during pregnancy, and equipped Anita with practical techniques she can teach her patients to use at home and during labour.
Outside the clinic, Anita enjoys spending time with family and friends, cuddling up to her mini sausage dog (Cleo), and having a great coffee ☕️🐶

Last week, we had a great morning with Nat - an Exercise Physiologist from MK Movement! 💪
Nat visited us to share about her work and how we can collaborate to give our patients the best care possible.
It was a great chance to learn and connect with another local health practitioner sharing the same passion as ours - helping people move and feel their best!
Big thanks to Nat for an insightful session! 🙌

🤰During pregnancy, the body undergoes mechanical, postural and hormonal changes that can increase stress on the joints and connective tissues in the pelvis and lower back.
Osteopathic care, including manual therapy, tailored exercises and postural guidance, can support movement and help manage pain throughout pregnancy.
