ISNPR 2025 Taipei🫰🏽

Lucky, grateful, charmed, happy, all at once ✨️🫶🏾

Oi! Don't forget that it's always about the people 💜 I have plenty of pictures of food, monuments, parks, and Taipei streets, but the most value gift is shared time, and connect with people that you admire, that you care about, that you share goals and passion, who inspires you and make you feel 🫂

Time will pass, you will discover another city, another conference, new research findings, different foods, drinks...however, there is something that you won't forget, and for me, it is the time that I spend with people, it's a shared gift. And for me Taipei has been them! 🥰

Fancy, wild and love, always the cup full of it! ❤️‍🔥 8 🫰🏽

🤔 WHY SoilYourSelf September?

😍 Check out all the speakers and free webinars on Sept: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/o/jake-robinson-60954313193

📢 This event is among the first to raise public awareness about the interconnected crises of mental health, ecosystem degradation, and nutritional decline—and how we can reverse them.

🌏 The Grounded Minds Consortium champions a visionary approach, placing the soil–gut–brain connection at the heart of a regenerative health agenda. By uniting agriculture, psychiatry, and ecology, we can build food systems that nourish both people and planet. Our campaign will share the science, spark curiosity, and inspire action—from healthier diets and community growing projects to citizen advocacy. 🧠 🌱

🟣 By boosting public understanding and engagement, we aim to drive behavioural change that benefits personal health, strengthens food systems, and supports our environment. An international hub will provide training, resources, and solutions to scale up impact and grow awareness of the soil–gut–mind connection.

🌏 Let's take care of our soil, of our environment, to enhance biodiversity, which will lead to large benefits for our brain and mental health. Guess what? The microbiome of our soils directly impacts our own microbiome; let's boost it! 🌱 Let's get connected with our land and nature

🌱 Feet and hands in our soil! The is here not only to make impactful and groundbreaking research, but to support the land, support our communities, translate research, and much more! Stay tuned 😍🫂

🌏The Grounded Minds Consortium

🫂The Grounded Minds Consortium is a transdisciplinary partnership between Deakin University, Flinders University, and industry leaders, aiming to ‘Transform the Food System to Promote Mental and Brain Health.’

🌱🦠By integrating expertise in microbiome science, nutritional psychiatry, agriculture, and soil ecology, the consortium bridges the gaps between soil, food, and human wellbeing.

💟🧠Through cutting‑edge research and effective knowledge translation, we highlight the inseparable connection between human and planetary health🌏

Stay tuned! Some cutting edge research is coming and we will share recents findings in an easy and translational way during the speakers events🫶🏾✨️

🌏🌱SoilYourSelf September🌱🧠: Planetary Nutrition through school meals.

🌏"Imagine a Planet rich in biodiversity without climate issues. Imagine a healthful food system connected with our lands and communities that promotes our health. Wake up! Feet in the soil.🦠

🌐Our current industrialised food system costs the globe nearly $20 trillion of dollars per year in its impact on the health of humans and the environment. Industrialised foods and food systems are the leading cause of illness, but also of biodiversity loss. That loss of biodiversity in the environment directly relates to the loss of microbiome diversity in humans, which underpins increasing rates of many diseases.

🌱Let’s start from the beginning, from our soil that will enrich our food. By taking care of our soil through regenerative farming, we can produce more nutritious food while also protecting our environment.

💟This is the way: From the soil to our gut, from our gut to our health. My talk: “Planetary nutrition through school meals” will explore the relationship between regenerative soils and planet-friendly school meals and their implications for well-being, brain and mental health in children."🧠
