It's time to talk about grading for the 2027 Winter netball season! We know that this seems crazy, but we're doing 1 grading session in November due to the Winter Season beginning early next year, due to the very exciting Netball World Cup being hosted in Sydney in August and September.

Grading Sessions for 9s to Inters:
Session 1: Sunday, November 15th 2026, Canoon Rd Courts
Session 2: early in 2027 – date to be confirmed.

Ages are based on the age your child will turn in 2027. Players in the 7s and 8s age groups are not graded, and we will run both our Cadet grading sessions early in 2027. As registrations for 2027 aren’t opened by Netball NSW until December, you do not have to be registered to attend grading session 1. However, you will need to be registered to attend the second grading session, so that we have definite team numbers.

All players need to attend grading. Please complete the Google form by November 12th https://forms.gle/1LY7QYotMviTyWqJ9 so that we know your child will be attending and so that we can ensure they are placed on the game grids for the day.

We'd love to have lots of members of our community join us for our Annual General Meeting on Tuesday November 3rd. It will be a relaxed discussion about planning for the future as well as a thinking about roles for 2027. Coming along to the meeting doesn't lock you into being part of the committee, but does give you a better understanding of how the club runs. It would be great to see you there.

🥇JUNIOR PREMIERS — KP28 10Cs! 🏆

A HUGE congratulations to our KP28 10Cs, who have finished their season as premiers!

The girls had an incredible season, losing just one game all season, including an amazing game where they fought through with only six players on court and still won! 💪

They capped off their season in the best possible way, defeating Killara 14–10 to become the premiers of their grade and our only junior premiers for the season. 🎉

A special congratulations also goes to their amazing coaching duo, Sarah B and Charlotte S, who brought so much wisdom, knowledge and skill to the team.

The girls came together from different teams and levels at the beginning of the season, and with Sarah and Charlotte’s guidance, they developed into a united team and a real force to be reckoned with! 👏 💙🤍

Congratulations to our premiers, what an incredible season!

The court is calling… it’s Grand Finals time!

After a season of hard work, dedication and plenty of netball, our Grand Final teams are ready to take the court and give it everything they’ve got.

A huge congratulations to all our players, coaches and managers on an incredible season. You’ve worked hard, supported each other and earned your place on the big stage. Now it’s time to go out there and enjoy the moment!

SPRING COMP SUPERVISOR WANTED!

KNA is looking for an organised, enthusiastic and people-focused person to join us as a Spring Competition Supervisor!

This is a paid position and would be ideal for someone with great people skills, a strong knowledge of netball, and a passion for creating a positive and enjoyable competition experience for players, coaches and teams.

Locations, Nights, & Dates
Cannon Courts: Tuesday & Wednesday
Loftberg Courts: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
Spring Competition: 12 October – 7 December

We've got one more Super Saturday of netball coming up, with Grand Finals this weekend. Kissing Point has a fabulous number of teams contesting Grand Finals this year, so there's 11 teams to show support for.

Here's your viewing guide:
Begin your day bright and early with the 8am time slot, where we have two awesome 10 year old teams to cheer on. Split your time here between Courts 2 and 11 to watch our 10a and 10c teams battle it out.

Next, grab a bacon sandwich and a coffee to refuel before the 10:10 timeslot. You can place yourself between Courts 1 and 2 to watch the 12a team take on West Pymble, and the Inters 1 team take on Lindfield. Don't forget to also head to Court 25 to watch the 12d team in their match against St Ives. You'll be getting your step count up at this timeslot with so many good games to watch!

At 12:00, it's a bit of an easier one. We need all our supporters at Court 1 to cheer on our Cadet 1 team in their match against Killara. This is sure to be some very skilled netball, so don't miss it!

Finally, at 2:30, we have two guaranteed Kissing Point victories, as KP 1 take on KP 2 in A1, and KP 7 take on KP 8 in B2! You'll need to split your time here between Courts 1, 9 and 11, so that you can also cheer for KP 5 vs NT in B1.

So, for one last time this season, get dressed in your blue, red and white, dust off the pom-poms and bring your team spirit down to Canoon Rd to cheer on our Kissing Point teams.
