Here is a blast from our past with our original PCYC Tweed Heads Boxing Team trainer and mentor to many in the boxing world, the boxing master Tony Nobbs 🥊🥊 Pictured left to right SEAN GIBBONS, DWAYNE SWIFT, TONY NOBBS, TERANCE ALLI (3 TIME WBC & IBF WORLD TITLE CHALLENGER) & RALPH CORRERA, AT THE OLD PCYC TWEED HEADS BOXING GYM, JULY 1995. That wall behind is now black and has a heavy bag, a snatcher bag and a floor to ceiling ball on it with a new ring reinstalled in this exact position, the door is an open doorway now and our poster collection is certainly growing

Tweed Heads Boxing has long been a cornerstone of the local community for decades since its inception in 1971, with a long-standing reputation as a hub for the sport of Boxing in the Tweed/Coolangatta area. The facility has undergone significant upgrades in recent years, including a 2023 refurbishment involving the installation of a new 5x5M boxing ring with 16 different boxing specific stations and a boxing/martial arts-specific strength and conditioning area.

PCYC Tweed Heads has been rebuilding the Boxing offering with Tweed Heads Boxing over the past 6 years 🥊🥊

Tweed Heads Boxing Team train exclusively out of PCYC Tweed Heads and have re-established their Competitive Boxing Team, it is inclusive and they welcome all Boxing enthusiasts to come on down and join the Team 🥊🥊
