Over the past three and a half years, thanks to Megumi’s incredible coaching and dedication, we have made remarkable progress. Starting as beginners, she patiently taught us the fundamentals and guided us every step of the way🤸‍♂️💫✨



めぐみ先生にタンブリングのご指導にお越しいただくようになった2023年当時は、練習施設を思い切って今の体操施設に変え、タンブリングコーチをお願いし、オールスターチアのスタートラインに立てたような、今に繋がる大きな分岐点の時でした。

まだみんなも華奢で、今ではなんてことのないスキルやコンディショングにも苦戦していたり、スカイライトは大半が初心者で側転などビギナーレベルから指導していただきました🙏

ということを今回まですっかり忘れていました😲

動画を見返してこんなにも変わるものかと驚きましたが、めぐみ先生のコーチングは一人ひとりに合わせ丁寧でありながら、限られた時間の中でも最大限伸ばす工夫と経験値とが詰まっていて、毎週変化が目に見えるほどのスピードでみんなが成長していきました😳

スキルに限らず、めぐみ先生から挑戦することの大切さや、できなかったことができた喜びと、一生モノの自信を与えてくださいました。みんなの、そしてチームとしての可能性をひろげてくれためぐみ先生に心から感謝しています。本当にありがとうございました🙏
