HOW TO GET YOUR FIRST ON TOES BODY WEIGHT PUSH-UP
Here are 4 progressions to help you achieve body weight push ups on your toes!
Progression 1️⃣ start on your knees, lower your chest down in between your hands to the ground, release your hands and push back up
Progression 2️⃣ start on your toes, lower down as slow as you can and push back up on your news
Progression 3️⃣ lower slow on toes, pause at the bottom & push up on toes
Progression 4️⃣ push up and down on toes!
Once you find one progression easy, or you can do continuous reps quite easy progress to the next step!
