Back at Albert Park Aquatic Centre this morning with client.
Spend 16 min in the Cold Therapy pool
Then a dive straight into the Hydro therapy pool.
Amazing sensation.

Back on the water for venturevibe and their client!
Cruised from Southbank to Williamstown.
A very scenic trip filled with sounds, sights, lights and awesome atmosphere 😊

Today venturevibe was all about Kayaking at Patterson Lakes with a client as well as many a Pelican in attendance.
Weather was perfect.

At “ The Mariott” Hotel , Docklands.
Enjoying another session in the roof top Infinity pool 👍 with Client.
Once again a amazing experience, but instead of 35 degrees, we did it in the rain with 22 degrees.
Brilliant.
