Big goals require brave decisions 💕
After a lot of reflection, I’ve decided to take a step back from actively taking on new package clients for a little while.
I’ve reached a fork in the road in my career and have chosen to embark on the journey of becoming a Nurse Practitioner. I’ll be starting my Masters, which means life is about to become beautifully busy as I balance study, work and family.
This isn’t goodbye.
Supporting families has been one of the most rewarding parts of my career, and that hasn’t changed. However, over the next little while my availability will be limited.
I will still be taking on a small number of clients within a reduced scope. If you’d like to work together, please reach out directly to discuss options and booking availability.
Thank you for your ongoing support and for growing alongside me 🤍

Monsters aren’t real! 👻
This is a conversation I have with my 4 year old all the time. I don’t use “monster sprays” or anything like that, because I prefer not to encourage fears about something that isn’t real — sleep should feel safe, not scary.
Let me know if you found this helpful.

Things I thought I’d never say until I became a mum:
🫣 “Don’t lick the dog.”
🤦♀️ “We don’t eat the monitor cord.”
😳 “Why are your socks in the toilet?”
Motherhood: equal parts chaos, confusion, and comedy.
If you’ve ever heard yourself say something completely unhinged and then just kept going like it was totally normal... you’re not alone. 😅
What’s the wildest thing you’ve said out loud as a parent? Drop it below — I need a laugh today! ⬇️

“When can I stop night feeds?” 🍼🌙
It’s one of the most common questions I get—and the answer isn’t one-size-fits-all.
Some babies are ready to drop night feeds as early as 6 months, while others may need one overnight feed a little longer, especially if they were premature or have weight gain concerns.
Here are a few signs your baby might be ready:
✨ They’re over 6 months and gaining weight well
✨ They’re taking full feeds during the day
✨ They’re waking at the same time(s) out of habit, not hunger
✨ They fall asleep quickly after feeding (and don’t take much)
💛 But remember—night feeds are still normal in the first year.
It’s not about cutting them out cold turkey—it’s about tuning into your baby’s needs and making changes gradually (and with support, if you need it).
Not sure what’s hunger and what’s habit? Send me a DM and let's troubleshoot together.

Before kids: “Let’s do dinner at 7pm!” 🍷✨
After kids: “That’s bedtime. I’m available at 5pm or... never.” 😅
Funny how your social calendar starts revolving around naps, bedtimes, and meltdowns if the broccoli touches the chicken. 🙃
Parenthood really said: goodbye spontaneity, hello routine.
