Hello Yoga Community

I have had quite a few inquires as to when Yoga will be starting up again, thankyou everyone for reaching out 💜

Unfortunately the government is putting pressure on us to segregate and discriminate who can practice Yoga and who gets turned away. This does not align with my values or ethics in any way. I am authentic in everything l do, and strive to make everyone who comes along to class, feel welcome and comfortable in a space with no judgement, irrespective of abilities, religion, education, nationality, financial status or personal health choices.

It is important to me to hold an authentic space where everyone feels equal and accepted, a space to grow and learn and take care of yourself, inside and out.

So l will not be re-opening classes until l am able to accept you all as equals, vaxx or no vaxx. Come December 1st hopefully this will be possible, so stay tuned and stay safe all🙏❤️

I would like to let all my beautiful Yogi's know that l will be taking a break from teaching for a while, due to the covid situation and unrelated health issues😔

Sometimes we all need to slow down, to listen to your heart, to listen to your intuition and your body, to surrender to the ebb and flow of life. We don't always have to be strong and continuously push against the flow...

Today l recognize that l need to listen to my intuition and take a break and l hope you all understand.lt is an absolute joy teaching you all and l will look forward to coming back in the near future.

Question ❓❓❓ As covid restrictions require masks and yoga is all about using our breath with movement and our breath will be restricted, can l please have some thoughts on those who might still be interested in classes this week before l decided weather or no to run them..

Thankyou 🙏

We are taking a break for 2 weeks over the school holidays, so no classes next week or the week after.

Happy holidays all, see you in a few weeks😁🙏
