To every yoga, pilates instructor, teacher trainee…
If you’ve ever questioned whether you’re good enough, forgotten your sequence, stumbled over your cues, or walked out of class replaying every mistake in your head… you’re not alone.
Every confident teacher you admire started exactly where you are.
Teaching isn’t about being perfect. It’s about showing up, continuing to learn, staying curious, and caring deeply about the people in front of you.
Confidence isn’t something you wait to feel—it’s something you build, one class at a time.
Keep teaching. Keep learning. Your future students are waiting for the teacher you’re becoming. 🤍

Congratulations to our incredible May 2026 Yoga Teacher Training graduates. 🤍
Over the past 10 weeks, you’ve shown up with courage, curiosity and commitment. You’ve studied, practised, questioned, supported one another, stepped outside your comfort zones and grown in ways that extend far beyond the mat.
Watching your confidence develop as teachers has been such a privilege. Each of you brings something unique to this community, and we can’t wait to see where your journey takes you next.
Thank you for trusting us to be part of your path. We are so proud of everything you’ve achieved.
Here’s to the beginning of a lifelong journey of learning, teaching and sharing yoga. Welcome to the MOVE Yoga teacher family. ✨

Curious about how different yoga poses affect your hip joints? 🤔 Always work from anatomical first when trying to understand joint movement. Dive into the anatomy with us!
Week 2 of our 200HR YTT and we begin diving deeper into the foundations behind the practice.
This weekend we explore anatomy through movement — understanding the body more intelligently as we moved through twists, hip openers, and the progression into binds. Learning not just what the posture looks like… but why we move the way we do.
As the practice evolves, so does the refinement. More awareness. More precision. More intentionality in the way we teach and move.
We also started unpacking one of the most important skills of a teacher — cueing. The art of communication. Our secret cueing formula that helps students feel, embody, and experience the posture beyond simply “doing” it.
This is where the practice starts to deepen. Not just physically — but intellectually, energetically, and emotionally.
Intention → Motivation → Evolution. ✨

If this part of the flow feels messy…
it’s usually not a strength problem.
It’s a clarity problem.

Same entry pathway.
Completely different demands.
One loads the lateral shoulder.
One trains hip extension and spinal opening.
One builds rotational core strength and tricep control.
When transitions feel chaotic, it’s often because the purpose hasn’t been taught.
Strong vinyasa isn’t choreography.
It’s progression.
