Welcome to our Train Like a Boxer 6 week challenge!
It's Week 1, and our brand new boxer tests are kicking off.
We're introducing 4 challenges that test stamina, leg endurance, punching power and mental resilience. These will be tested in Week 1 and 6 so you can track your progress over the challenge.
The tests include:
๐ฅ Gas Tank Test - Choose between a 1-2km / 5km Run OR 2km Row / 5km Bike Ride
๐ฅ Late Round Leg Test - Max Output: 1:20 Leg Press - Measured in kg/m
๐ฅ Knockout Power Test - Max Output in 20 seconds: Chest Press - Measured in kg/m
๐ฅ Stay in the Fight Test - Max Plank Test: Total time in plank position
