Spent the day in lots of line at Disney sea, ate some delicious mochi a curry out of this world and walked the streets of Ginza

Time to say goodbye to Kyoto and head to Tokyo. Past Mount Fuji 🗻 on the bullet train 🚅, then adventuring to the Pokemon Centre in Ginza Tokyo followed by a sushi belt and the Tokyo Skytree

Lots and lots of walking today, climbed to the peak of Fushimi Inari Taisha, then to a random temple that happened to be on the way to Gion, then spent the afternoon in Gion the traditional district of Kyoto.

Putting time and effort doesn’t just mean physically.
You need to put in the mental effort as well.
I see my clients that make the most progress are the ones that often message me their meal ideas, they ask questions about exercises.
And they spend a lot of time watching a learning from videos, not just from me but other coaches and trainers.
Be a student outside of the gym, be an athlete in the gym. ✌🏼

Not everyone gets the result they want or is successful.
I’ve trained and coached a lot of people that haven’t made progress.
I’ve then trained a lot that have gotten great results.
The people that had a successful journey had certain traits that the others didn’t.
✅ They knew what they wanted
✅ they were willing to sacrifice time, effort and energy
✅ they didn’t have excuses of why they can’t, only why they could
✅ They obsessed about the goal, meaning they thought about it every chance they got
✅ it was the right season for them.
Sometimes your just not ready. You either have to hit rock bottom or be wildly inspired.
And that’s okay if your not, but don’t you dare go blame other people.

The best part about training is when your really into it, you can just forget everything else.
I had so much in this mornings session, the gym wasn’t that busy and I could just zone out and get the most disgusting pump it was amazing.
