Butterfly Effect 2026 🦋💪

Here’s a bunch of amazing women doing amazing things today!

Different ages. Different fitness levels. Different reasons for being there.

But every single one of them showed up, backed themselves, backed each other and gave it everything.

There were nerves, plenty of laughs, a little suffering 😂 and probably a few moments of questioning their life choices!

But THIS is what we love.

Women getting stronger, doing hard things, having fun and surrounding themselves with people who bring out the best in them.

So bloody proud of this crew. 🧡

We spend so much time trying to give our kids better life, sometimes we forget that one of the greatest things we can give them is an example. Let them grow up remembering a parent who showed up, kept going and chose to take care of themselves to. ❤️

Sometimes what we think something will be and what it actually becomes are two completely different things.

You might walk through the doors expecting just a workout, but somewhere along the way it becomes the people who know your name, the friendships you didn’t expect, the support on the hard days and a place you genuinely look forward to coming back to.

Yes, we train hard. But what happens between those four walls is so much bigger than fitness. 🧡
