Module 2 is all about understanding performance, taking the pressure off, and learning practical ways to stay mentally on-track when it matters most.

Matt Hodgson will cover pre-game preparation, managing nerves, and simple strategies athletes can use during games to stay focused and ready for the next play.

Our U18 crews faced some serious competition this weekend, and there was no shortage of hustle, intensity and Pirate spirit.

A massive shoutout to our U18 Boys Gold, who went 2-0 for the weekend with two strong wins! 🔥

Our U18 Girls Purple also picked up a great win against Ipswich Force 2, while all our crews continued to battle through some tough matchups and valuable grading games.

Every challenge adds another layer to the crew. Keep putting in the work, keep backing each other and keep pushing forward.

Another big day for our Future Pirates, with every crew battling hard, backing their teammates and giving it everything on the hardwood.

A special shoutout to our U12 Girls Purple, who sailed to a strong win, and our U12 Boys Gold, who opened the day with a great win over Ipswich Force. 🔥

There were tough waters for some of our crews, but every game is another opportunity to learn, grow and come back stronger.
