It was a ‘meant-to-be’ moment when Ella reached out to us before her move to the Gold Coast, as we had been spying on her from afar in Adelaide. 😎

She is the definition of an angel on earth and has the sweetest, kindest nature, so it’s no wonder she is so good at supporting our clients.

Her classes are cleverly planned to combine just the right amount of spice that will leave you feeling stronger and on top of the world!

To say we are proud of these two beautiful humans is an understatement.

Frances & Suzie are some of our amazing clients who have been attending our over 60s classes.

150 classes is just one of the many achievements they have accomplished since starting their pilates journey. They are now attending our strength classes, holding planks, and opting for the extra challenges in classes. All of which would have seemed nearly impossible at the start of their journey, when letting go of the foot bar in a lunge series felt super daunting.

It just goes to show that if you put the work in, stay consistent, and love what you’re doing, then you can achieve anything!

Congratulations my loves, we are so so proud! 💙💙
