East Burwood Reserve Masterplan Event.

The Southern Pavilion Redevelopment has officially begun. with the Mayor of Whitehorse, Cr Kirsten Langford, the Member for Chisholm Carina Gatland on hand with speeches to introduce the new Masterplan works.

The Main speakers also included East Burwood FC and Cricket Club President's speaking about the exciting new works and how the whole precinct will be welcomed with the new upgrade that will re invigorate the reserve, attract new players to the footy and cricket clubs, also for Netball players and the cycling club upgrade into the revamped Athletics Track for usage.

A big emphasis was put on women's facilities to be included in order to attract teams and players in both footy and cricket and for the East Burwood community to access the facility as a recreational reserve. Exciting times ahead for all the tenants.

The Eastern Dragons WOMEN'S CRICKET MASTERCLASS WEEKEND, being held at Bundalaguah Cricket Ground (near Sale) on the 18th & 19th April 2026 is now open for bookings.
