Black Belt and full-brown students and coaches enjoying the Club's Movie Night last Friday. It was a 3 hour Hindi movie called Dangal.

Shinwa-Kai Karate Club is a non-profit organisation which aims to provide a program of sports karate, catering to a diverse age and physical abilities. The Club promotes and teaches students in the 'Sh*toryu' style of karate, as well as preparing the students for competitions in accordance to the rules and regulations set by the World Karate Federation (WKF).

Last week we had the obstacle course. Children love them. Not sure about the adults though 😊
