Bidgee Dragons are so very proud of Sue MacDonald & Myriam Walker for their selection into the national team for dragon boating - the
Auroraβs! This is Sueβs second selection & Myriam has joined her by putting in the time & effort to be ready for the trials when they were conducted. Both ladies have put in a lot of time at the gym & take every opportunity on the water to train & be at their best for this sport. We wish them both every success and will support them in their journey to represent Australia next year! Well done & best wishes for the journey ahead πππ²πππ½

Training tonight. Raining now as I post this. We have had a very fortunate winter season with a lot of time on the water. Even with the low water level of our lake for many months now, we've had the blessing of club volunteers to help get the boat from our trailer into the water and back again to the shed, together with no algae issues or much inclement weather to see us off the water. We look forward to an exciting competition season ahead π²

Training before the raining! We did feel a few little spots tonight but barely even enough to notice. We also witnessed a limb drop off a tree! No one was nearby thankfully.
