7 months ago my whole life as i knew it turned upside down... I was going through a marriage separation. After catching him in bed with another "woman" 🤮
June - September- Drinking every weekend and then almost every day.
Working two jobs.
Raising three kids.
And trying to hold myself together with a broken heart.
October to now,
I stopped surviving and started rebuilding.
I’m a personal trainer — but this transformation didn’t come from a perfect routine or a perfect life.
It came from choosing to show up for myself while life was still messy.
This isn’t a glow-up.
It’s recovery.
It’s discipline.
It’s self-respect.
First photos were September after 3 months of living in hell.
Second photos were in the last month.
3-4 month's of ❤️✨️T H R I V I N G ✨️❤️
If you’re a mum, exhausted, overwhelmed and putting everyone else first — I get it.
