I have spent the last 13 years (10 of which I was the owner) at Curves Wallsend! I want to thank everyone for the well wishes and messages sent on my final day yesterday. I had many people surprised and unaware I was closing.

I made the decision to close my gym after an amazing 10 years! Im ready for growth, change and my next chapter. It is bitter sweet closing the doors on something I have dedicated my entire adult life to. But I close the doors with excitement, happiness and beautiful life long friendships and memories that will always be with me.

As always health, fitness and wellness will always be my passion and I am so overjoyed with my next chapter!
